Current physique update - 94.4kg (down from 96kg) - As part of my cut Iโ€™ve introduce 3 x 50 min faster cardio sessions a week and slightly decreased my carbs (-350 cals). Had a few distractions recently but summer is coming and my determination is through the roof ๐Ÿ™Œโ˜€๏ธ. Working Sets 1) Cable lat raise - 4 x 10-12 reps 2a) Upright row - 4 x 10-12 reps 2b) Plate front raise - 4 x 10-12 3a) Rear delt fly - 4 x 10-12 3b) Behind over dumbbell fly - 4 x 10-12 4) Seated barbel press - 4 x 8-10 5) Seated barbel press (pause at bottom of rep using safetyโ€™s on smith machine) - 7 x 10 reps at Sydney, Australia

Day 4: Coodlie Park and Baird Bay - Swimming with wild sea lions and dolphins in Baird Bay ๐Ÿฌ Such an amazing experience which I wonโ€™t be forgetting for a long time ๐Ÿ™Œ Also had a dog chasing me round on the beach for an hour ๐Ÿ˜‚ - #intrepid #gdayata #SeeSouthAustralia #SouthAustralia at Baird Bay Ocean Eco Experience

Day 3: Flinders Range National Park to Eyre Peninsula - Up early for a 3 hour hike at the Flinders Range National Park ๐ŸŒฒ. Made it to halfway across Australia and then setup camp at a local farm. at The Dutchmans Stern
