Living the dream aka leg day πŸ™„. Never really look forward to training legs but once I’m warmed up and the blood gets pumping I secretly love it πŸ€™ - I started with isolation exercises - leg extension and hamstring curl to pre-exhaust the muscle. Then went into the bigger exercises - leg press and squats. And then finishing with calf’s & abs πŸ™Œ Try pre-exhausting the muscle in your next workout! at Fitness Playground
