Reminiscing on the good old days when I was a longer distance runner, guess which one is me?! πŸƒ I competed pretty much every week for about 5 years from small club events to national cross-country championships. I reached county level (representing Kent) but never really pushed myself - I guess I was naturally gifted. Now that I swapped the running spikes for the dumbbells I’ve got a huge drive and determination to see what is possible and how far I can push myself πŸ‘Š at London, United Kingdom
