Traded in the GT-R today. Lol jk. New daily tho. Loved my old MK5 GTI, these cars literally do everything well, so I decided I'd upgrade to a MK7. This one is the 1.4L turbo 'Highline' model because I'm an old man now and actually care about fuel economy. It's actually pretty quick though ๐Ÿ˜‚ still got the same bottom end torque shove that the GTI had, just lacks a bit of midrange and has no top end pull. Practically cutting my petrol spend in half though so I'll take it ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ . . . . . at Remuera

220kgs/5 plates in the books! Literally haven't attempted a deadlift #PB since 2016. I'm currently 3 weeks from the end of my training block so normally wouldn't veer off course like this, but I had 0 lower back pain in my previous sets so decided to embrace the opportunity while it lasts ๐Ÿ˜… This wasn't even as hard as I expected.
